305 North Inn Policies–
1) Your reservation fees will be charged in full at the time of booking.
2) Cancellation Policies:
— Single room booking deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of arrival.
— Single room cancellation or shortening of reservations prior to 14 days of arrival will be refunded in full less a $50 processing fee.
— Group booking (defined as 2 or more rooms) deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of arrival.
— Group booking cancellation, partial cancellation, shortening, or partial shortening of reservations require a minimum 30 day notice prior to arrival and will be refunded in full minus a $50 processing fee per room reservation modification.
— Weather – cancelling for potential bad weather affecting your travel plans – all above cancellation policies apply. However, we will issue a voucher to be used during any weekday stay for the same allotted time as the original stay. This voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
— Covid-19 — all above cancellation policies apply. However, as with weather cancellations, we will issue a voucher to be used during any weekday stay for the same allotted time as the original stay. This voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
3) Check-in is after 4:00pm. Check-Out is by 11:00am.
4) Smoking: There is No Smoking inside the inn or suites. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
5) Pets: While we love all pets, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate them — so no pets!
6) Parking: Parking is at the rear of the building in the private lot. You may park there for the duration of your stay.
7) Prices for the suites have been adjusted downward for the days that Big Bill’s is closed.
